森之夢
Dreaming of the Forest

作品誕生於疫情期間，在那段被迫居家的日子裡，時間彷彿變得無比寬廣。於寂靜游走之間，回溯到童年充滿魔力的瞬間：那是在母親深山中的老家，一切如同隱匿在現實之外的秘境。白天，森林是我們的遊樂場，陽光穿過樹葉，斑駁的光影在地面上跳動，宛如夢境般神秘而美好。
然而，夜晚的森林則是一個截然不同的世界。當夜幕降臨，熟悉的景象消失在黑暗中，取而代之的是一片未知的恐懼。我們蜷縮在室內，透過紙拉門，凝視著被白熾燈吸引而來的昆蟲投射的影子。那些影子在紙門上舞動，彷彿述說著某種古老而神秘的故事。這些影像喚醒了我心底深處的回憶，將童年時光的每一個細節生動地重現。就是在這樣的回憶與現實交織中誕生的。它試圖捕捉那種既真實又夢幻的感覺，帶領觀者走進那充滿奇幻與懷舊的夢林之境。希望每個觀者都能在這片森林中找到屬於自己的故事，重新發現童年時那無限的想像力與純真。
This work was created during the COVID-19 pandemic. While in home-quarantined,
we discovered that time suddenly felt abundant. The image of a small house brings back memories of visiting my mother’s old home in the mountain. As a child, I would play in the forest. The lights danced on the ground. Everything was so beautiful.
Yet at night, the forest turned into a dark, terrible place. Staying indoors, I enjoyed watching the shadows of insects projected on the wall. These images awakened long-forgotten memories, bringing those moments back to life. I hope every viewer finds their own stories in the little house and the forest, rekindling those innocence and imagination of childhood.
